My name is Brian McElderry and I am a highly experienced freelance chef having worked in Saudi Arabia, France Switzerland, Malta and Libya as well as cooking for highly prestigious family’s around the world; I can be your own personal private chef, bringing to you a professional and bespoke dining experience into your very own kitchen creating a beautiful dining savoir-faire for you and your guests.
I am based in the North East and can travel to your home up to Berwick, down to Whitby and North Yorkshire and as far west as Carlisle.
I am very much a traditionalist. A pioneer of the Nouvelle Cuisine I consider my work to be classical yet modern, applying an approach that is refreshing and unique and with the belief that good food, simply cooked, is very often the key to a successful dining experience. Specialising in Classical English, Rustic French and Italian cuisines’, my forte is creating an exclusive experience for your special event, be it a birthday, anniversary, corporate dinner or hen party.
With unparalleled devotion and my unique ability to zero in on my clients thoughts, allows me to treat each and every event individually and it’s this level of service that I believe separates me from many other chefs.
